PaLS wish to carry out Pre- Market engagement with interested suppliers to investigate the current market conditions, gain product knowledge, assist the Contract Adjudication Group (CAG) with the development of the tender documentation and to ensure existing and future requirements are met.
It is the intention of PaLS to host a Pre- Market engagement meeting on Friday 11.3.2016 in Fern House, Antrim Area Hospital, 45 Bush Road, Antrim, BT41 2RL. Items on the Agenda will include but are not limited to proposed plan for tendering, market conditions, environmental considerations and range of equipment available. There may be a requirement to provide product literature prior to the meeting.
Should you wish to participate you must e-mail Kyle McCauley at no later than 12:00 on Wednesday 2.3.2016. Suppliers will be informed of the final arrangements prior to any Pre- Market engagement meeting.Due to limited places, suppliers are restricted to 2 attendees. The date is subject to change and we reserve the right to arrange alternative engagement meetings with suppliers if required.
