Tendering organisations must provide evidence of their authorisation by the Prudential Regulation Authority and regulation by the Financial Conduct Authority/Prudential Regulation Authority or the EU equivalent. Evidence must be provided of authorisation to carry on business in the United Kingdom in the classes of insurance listed in this contract notice.
