The Council intend to establish a framework of organisations with the capability of undertaking and completing a wide range of Economic Appraisals, Business Cases and Feasibility Studies.

The framework will comprise of no more than 8 suppliers who will be suitably experienced in the preparation of economic appraisals, business cases and the associated feasibility research and review. Providers will be expected to complete economic appraisals, business cases and the associated feasibility research on an as required basis during the contract period. Each assignment will be subject to a mini-competition.
