This contract is for the Provision of Leakage Detection Services within the Client's sites across Northern Ireland. This contract is spilt into 2 Lots. These being:
Lot 1 Leakage Detection Services: The Contractor will provide leakage detection services to reduce leakage within District Meter Areas with a target figure agreed for each District Meter Area before work commences. This service will be measured on a performance basis. Some field activity may be required in relation to collating leakage data.
Lot 2 Leakage Detection Support: The Contractor will provide leakage detection support to reduce leakage within District Meter Areas during periods of increased seasonal activity and major operational incidents. The need for the Contractor resources is dependent on the extent of leakage break-out during periods of increased seasonal activity and major operational incidents.
