This is a proposed new regional framework agreement for the supply and delivery of Patient and Ambulance Variable Height Trolleys and Associated Equipment. Types of trolleys include ramped or tail-lift, manual, powered and bariatric. Associated Equipment includes optional extras which should be compatible with the trolleys.

This is a Prior Information Notice to inform the market that BSO Procurement and Logistics Service (PaLS) has a requirement for the supply and delivery of Patient and Ambulance Variable Height Trolleys and Associated Equipment.
PaLS wish to carry out pre-tender market engagement with interested suppliers to investigate the current market conditions, gain product knowledge, assist the Contract Adjudication Group with the development of the tender specification and to ensure existing and future requirements are met.
It is the intention of PaLS to host pre-tender market engagement meetings on Wednesday, 20.1.2016 and Thursday, 21.1.2016 in Fern House, Antrim Area Hospital, 45 Bush Road, Antrim, BT41 2RL. Time slots will be allocated strictly by appointment to interested suppliers. Items on the Agenda will include but are not limited to proposed plan for tendering, market conditions, range of equipment available with supporting literature and product specifications.

Should you wish to participate please e-mail Kyle McCauley at no later than 12:00 on Wednesday, 13.1.2016. Suppliers will be informed of the final arrangements prior to any pre-tender market engagement meetings.

All future tender documentation will be made available via the http://etendersni.gov.uk website and potential bidders should register on this website to ensure they have access to tender documentation when the tender is published.
